Alysen currently serves with the Pavilion Christian Community near Birmingham, helping to develop leaders and small group communities. Alysen is a gifted people-developer and her roles within Reign Ministries mirror this ability as she coaches a cluster of trainee youth ministers and helps to set the direction of ICY-UK.
Alysen graduated from Kentucky Christian University in 2005 with a BS in Youth and Family Ministries. She is currently finishing a MA in Missional Leadership through Together in Mission.
During the summers of her University years, Alysen mobilised various teams of university students to serve with numerous churches in the Midlands for eight-week internships. This experience led to staying and ministering with these churches until 2008 when she started serving with the Pavilion Christian Community. Leaders of ICY-UK and Alysen first crossed paths in 2005 through the MA course. Two years later a similar heart for disciplemaking and leadership development was soon discovered and we have been fortunate enough to have Alysen with us ever since!
