Conferences are always great times to have space to grow in our relationship with God as well as learn key ministry skills. But one of the highlights of conference is always getting a chance to hear what God is doing in your placement ministry and to pray with each person for God to move. We usually do this by having cluster groups of trainees share during a morning or evening session.
As a team, we have been getting better at sharing not just about our own needs, but communicating how you see young people growing in their relationship with God. We are starting to hear many stories about specific young people you are working with. We want to continue this at the upcoming March Conference and in order to help us hear and pray, we are asking each person to bring one picture to this Conference that shows a young person you see growing closer to God. Be ready to share this picture as well as the story of what God is doing. (group shots that include the individual are ideal as they best conform to data protection policies)
